Your privacy: TRABOM has no accounts or analytics of its own. Your scores, games and settings are stored on your device. In the mobile app, advertising is enabled only if you indicate that you are 18 or older and complete the applicable consent process. Under-18s and anyone who prefers not to state an age group play without ads: the app neither consults UMP nor starts Google AdMob for them. If UMP was used on that device before, the app may point out that earlier preferences exist; changing age group does not change that Google choice. When advertising is enabled, these SDKs may process technical data even before the first ad. On iPhone and iPad ads are never personalized. “Remove ads” prevents new starts of the ads SDK. The web version has no ads or purchases. The Spanish version is the reference text.
TRABOM is a casual mini-games app (arcade, puzzle and word games). The data controller is:
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, it is the controller of the processing that depends on TRABOM. Google (ads and consent form) and Apple and Google as app stores (purchases and ratings) are independent controllers of their own processing, as explained in section 4.
TRABOM is a digital arcade: a single app bundling eleven mini-games (for example a word puzzle, a minesweeper, a memory game and a falling-block puzzle). No account or sign-in is needed. You play as soon as you open the app, and progress, scores and settings are saved on your own device.
The iOS and Android app is funded by Google AdMob ads and offers a one-time purchase to remove them. The web version has no ads and no purchases.
You don't need to give us any personal data to play TRABOM. Specifically, TRABOM does not ask for or collect:
TRABOM has no social features, chat or content published by other users.
We store locally your choice between “I am 18 or older”, “I am under 18” and “I prefer not to say”. We do not ask for your date of birth or exact age, and we do not send this choice to Google. You can change it in Settings. All eleven games remain available free of charge with any option.
TRABOM stores your best scores, your game in progress and your preferences (language, sound, theme, graphics quality and accessibility settings such as reduced motion) in the device's local storage. In the iOS and Android app it also stores, in the system preferences, whether you have bought “Remove ads”. Google's consent form stores your choice on the device. TRABOM separately keeps one yes-or-no marker of whether that form has ever been used, to point out earlier preferences and facilitate reviewing them when a person states they are an adult; it contains neither your age nor your answer to the form. None of this is sent to servers of ours: we don't have any. You can erase scores, games and settings at any time from Settings → Privacy → Erase my data; clearing the app's data from system settings removes its local data. Backups managed by your operating system may retain game data, settings, the previous-use marker and Google's choice; you can manage these in system settings. The age-group choice is excluded from app backups and transfers on both Android and iOS.
TRABOM includes no analytics, telemetry or crash-reporting system of its own. Third-party processing and system backups are described in sections 4.1 and 4.3–4.6.
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) and its consent form (User Messaging Platform) start only if you indicate that you are 18 or older. UMP may process data to determine which messages apply before the first ad. Under-18s and anyone who does not state an age group receive no ads and do not consult these SDKs, even when they tap information about earlier preferences. That tap explains that ads are disabled on the device and the earlier Google choice has not changed. According to the information Google publishes about its SDK, it may collect and share with Google:
Google uses them to show and measure ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud; the consent form also uses them to know whether it must ask you and to remember your choice.
Google acts as an independent controller of that data under its Google Ads Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
This purchase is optional and is offered only when advertising applies. It does not unlock games: all eleven are free. “Restore purchases” remains available even when advertising is disabled.
The one-time “Remove ads” purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) with their own payment systems. TRABOM checks on the device whether you own that purchase, to turn ads off and to restore it, and remembers it on the device; it does not send it to any server of ours. We never see or store your card or payment method, which stay with Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
If the app invites you to rate it, the dialog is the store's own, and whatever you do there is handled by Apple or Google. If you share a result, TRABOM opens your system's share sheet with a text generated on the device: you choose who to share it with and through which app.
The TRABOM web version and this page are hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel receives the technical data of each connection (IP address, browser, requested page and time) to deliver the page and protect the service; see its privacy policy. The web version shows no ads, has no purchases, uses no cookies or analytics, and keeps scores and settings only in your browser's storage.
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Saving scores, games and settings on your device | It is the service you request when you play: access to your device is strictly necessary to provide it (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive), and it is not data we can link to you. |
| Showing the consent form and remembering your choice | Compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)): asking for consent for ads and being able to demonstrate it. |
| Personalized ads (Android only) | Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, collected in Google's form before the first ad; elsewhere, whichever basis applies under local law. |
| Non-personalized ads | Consent to store or read information on the device where the law requires it (EEA, UK and Switzerland), collected in the same form; legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in funding a free app, to select ads with limited data. |
| Processing the “Remove ads” purchase | Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): the purchase you request from Apple or Google. |
| Hosting the web version and this page | Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in serving the website and protecting it against abuse. |
TRABOM does not sell personal data or use it for purposes other than those described in this policy.
Google provides AdMob globally, which may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Google relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated in its Google Ads Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms for those transfers.
Vercel, the provider that hosts the web version, is a United States company: it explains how it protects connection data and which safeguards it applies to transfers in its privacy policy.
The age-group choice is stored on the device and can be replaced in Settings. “Erase my data” refers to scores, saved games and game settings; to withdraw advertising eligibility, change the age group to “I prefer not to say”. Clearing the app data through the operating system also removes that choice.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and the UK GDPR grant you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection regarding your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Since TRABOM has no accounts and does not store this data on servers of its own:
TRABOM is aimed at a general audience and is not designed for children under 13: it is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families program or in the App Store Kids category. We do not knowingly request personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child in your care has given us personal data, write to us at info@zertidox.com and we will delete it.
The intended audience and the advertising threshold are different: under-18s and anyone who does not state an age group can play without ads or consulting the advertising consent form. If the form was used on that device before, the app explains that earlier Google preferences do not change when ads are disabled.
If you indicate that you are 18 or older, Google checks which messages apply and shows its consent form when needed. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, User Messaging Platform, compatible with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework, is used before requesting ads. You can accept, choose by purpose and vendor, or refuse; all eleven games remain available. The choice allowed by UMP determines which ads can be requested; rejecting personalization does not necessarily remove all advertising.
If you have stated that you are 18 or older, you can request to review your choice through Ad preferences in Settings; the form opens when Google offers it. If you choose an age group without ads, the app stops new ad requests and does not open UMP: the button explains that earlier Google preferences have not changed. Selecting an adult age group again does not automatically resume ads: you must first review those preferences; if Google does not offer a form, ads stay off. This does not erase data that Google has already processed.
According to Google, all data collected by its ads SDK is encrypted in transit with TLS. TRABOM transmits no data of its own. What is stored on the device is protected by the operating system's app sandboxing, and the web version is always served over HTTPS.
We may update this policy if the app or applicable law changes. Any relevant change will be published on this same page with a new “last updated” date; if the change is substantial —for example, if TRABOM added analytics of its own— we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
For any question about this policy or about how your data is processed, write to us at info@zertidox.com.
